Digital camera adapter DCA
The camera stays in your coat pocket protected from wind and weather while you experience nature with the spotting scope. With a few small movements the digital camera is attached to the spotting scope eyepiece just prior to taking the photo. The DCA digital camera adapter melds camera and spotting scope together into a sturdy single unit.
Compatible with the SWAROVSKI OPTIK ATM/STM 65/80 (HD) and ATS/STS 65/80 (HD) observation spotting scopes with 30x, 25-50x and 20-60x eyepieces. The 30x and 25-50x wide-angle eyepieces in particular are an excellent choice for digiscoping. Suitable for almost all digital compact cameras with threaded objective lens or threaded adapter and maximum 4x optical zoom in addition to digital SLR cameras in combination with a fixed 50 mm objective lens and a suitable intermediate ring if necessary. The spotting scope thus becomes a telephoto lens with a focal length ranging from 1,500 - 4,000 mm and supports all the advantages of an SLR camera.
